Google Pay Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of eligible debit or credit cards issued by Decaf and its issuing partners (each, a "Payment Card") when you add, attempt to add, or keep a Payment Card in Google Pay on any supported device ("Device").
These Terms represent your agreement with Decaf, Inc. (“Decaf”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding the use of your eligible Payment Card with Google Pay. “You”, “your”, or “user” refer to the cardholder named on the Payment Card or any authorized user. The issuer of your Payment Card is disclosed on your physical card or within the Decaf platform.
I. Relationship to Google/Google Terms of Use
Google Pay is a service provided by Google. Decaf does not own or control Google Pay and is not responsible for any services, performance, or content provided by Google or its partners.
Use of Google Pay is also subject to Google’s own terms and conditions. Google and Google Pay are trademarks of Google Inc.
II. Your Decaf Payment Card Terms Do Not Change
Enrollment in Google Pay does not affect other agreements with Decaf. All existing terms and conditions for your Payment Card remain in effect. Transactions through Google Pay are treated the same as if made using your physical card.
III. Eligibility for Google Pay
Your Payment Card and account must be in good standing. Decaf may revoke eligibility for Google Pay at any time if deemed necessary for risk management or legal compliance.
IV. Device Eligibility
Only eligible devices determined by Google may be used with Google Pay. Jailbroken or modified devices are prohibited and may result in suspension of your card in Google Pay. Visit https://www.android.com/pay/ for device eligibility.
V. Fees
Decaf does not charge fees for Google Pay use. You remain responsible for any fees from your card agreement, carrier, Google, or third parties. We may introduce new charges with at least 30 days' notice.
VI. Suspension of Payment Card
Decaf may block or suspend your Payment Card in Google Pay at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, lost or stolen devices, or regulatory issues.
VII. Electronic Contact
You consent to receive electronic communications regarding your Payment Card and Google Pay. Please update your contact information if it changes.
VIII. Data Privacy
We may collect, store, and use information about your use of Google Pay in accordance with our privacy policy. Google and other third parties may also access transaction details and govern that data under their own privacy terms.
IX. Transactions
Google Pay transaction history may be incomplete and should not be relied on as the final record. The transaction amount on your billing statement is the official amount.
X. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Decaf harmless from claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of Google Pay or breach of these Terms.
XI. Your Responsibilities
